Asians in American say they have been the subjects of racially-motivated attacks since the outbreak of COVID-19.
Wearing masks is normal in Asian culture, but makes Asians stand out in America, where incidents have been reported across the country, from San Francisco to New York City.

Asians have stood out less since April 18, when Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf decreed that everyone in the state must have a mask in public.
